A new era in luxury residential living in Brisbane has begun, with Tomkins Commercial commencing construction on the $250 million clifftop development, Skye by Pikos.
The occasion was marked with an official groundbreaking ceremony at the project’s Kangaroo Point site, attended by Brisbane City Councillor Adam Allan and representatives from Tomkins and the Pikos Group.
Certain to become one of Brisbane’s landmark developments, Skye by Pikos occupies a 2300m² site above the Kangaroo Point Cliffs. Comprising three towers, the development will feature 68 luxury residences, a 1000m² sky deck and infinity pool, and a rooftop leisure and restaurant precinct.
Pikos Group Managing Director Pedro Pikos commented, “We have a trusted relationship with Tomkins Commercial after they have delivered excellent results on previous projects.
