PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Tomkins delivered the complete refurbishment and fit-out of Vita Group’s 4,890sqm Albion office, spanning five levels of commercial workspace and including the realignment of the building façade. The project transformed the existing workplace with a new café, lobby and reception, meeting rooms, open-plan offices and upgraded staff facilities.

With Vita Group remaining operational throughout construction, Tomkins carefully staged and coordinated the works to minimise disruption to day-to-day business activities.

The refurbishment created a contemporary workplace across five levels, incorporating open-plan office areas with internal glazed partitions, new meeting spaces, a refreshed lobby and tenant reception, and a new café.

A key feature of the project was the Level 5 kitchen and staff lounge, which incorporated detailed integrated floor finishes and custom built-in joinery to create a high-quality communal space for employees.

Vita Group continued to occupy and operate from the building throughout construction. Tomkins managed stakeholder communication, staging and decanting activities to minimise disruption, with noisy and disruptive works undertaken outside normal office hours wherever possible.
