Tomkins delivered a striking nine-storey medical centre in Spring Hill, designed with large floor-to-ceiling glazing, modern office space and ground floor retail. The development integrates high-quality fit-outs and advanced services to meet the demands of health-related tenants. Spring Hill Medical Centre features six levels of fully fitted medical suites, five levels of secure parking and a retail precinct at ground level. A rooftop terrace provides panoramic city views, complemented by recreational spaces and a café to enhance the visitor and staff experience. The design incorporated offset floor slabs, creating a distinctive building profile that adds to the precinct’s architectural identity.
Externally, the façade combines steel fins and curtain wall glazing, contributing to both aesthetics and energy efficiency. Sustainability was embedded into the project, with water-saving technologies and a 45 kW rooftop solar system supporting its target of 5 Star Green Star certification. Landscaping and podium planters further enhance the building’s connection to Spring Hill’s leafy surrounds, reinforcing its integration within the local community.
The building was planned as a mixed-use facility that combines medical tenancies, parking and retail. Its interior offers spacious suites with natural light, a dedicated rooftop terrace for recreation and wellness, and high-quality finishes throughout. A ground floor café ensures convenience for tenants and visitors, while basement and upper levels provide ample car parking.
