PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Tomkins is engaged to deliver Park House on Crosby, a boutique collection of 56 luxury residences overlooking Crosby Park at Albion in Brisbane’s inner north. Developed by Arden Group and designed by Cottee Parker Architects, the project comprises a mix of three and four-bedroom residences, courtyard pavilions and penthouses, each planned around spacious layouts, natural materials and uninterrupted park and city views that can never be built out.

Works commenced in 2026. On completion, residents will enjoy a rooftop sanctuary with an infinity pool, spa, gym and entertaining areas, together with a ground level indoor-outdoor wellness retreat, minutes from the Brisbane CBD.

Curved geometry shapes every stage of this build. Sweeping, terraced balcony profiles, curved glass balustrades to balcony corners and curved planter walls repeating across multiple levels will demand precise formwork, accurate setout and close coordination between the structure and facade trades.

The facade combines rendered and painted blockwork with custom-made aluminium batten screens. Sliding horizontal batten screens run on top and bottom tracks to the residence balconies, while fixed vertical battens screen the ground level outdoor areas, recreation deck and rooftop plant zones. Travertine stone wall cladding and crazy stone paving define the building entry and all external steel framing is painted to match the powder-coated aluminium for a consistent finish.

The interior specification reflects the boutique positioning of the development. Book-matched natural stone benchtops with mitred edges, European Oak engineered timber flooring, porcelain tiling and low-VOC paint systems feature throughout the residences.

Amenity works form a significant component of the build. The rooftop recreation deck incorporates an infinity edge pool, spa, gym and landscaped entertaining areas constructed over occupied levels, requiring extensive waterproofing, on-structure landscaping and planter detailing. Private plunge pools, a ground level wellness retreat with traditional and infrared saunas and a cold plunge pool and customisable ground level studio spaces complete the resident offer.
