Tomkins delivered the Ochre Health Hub at Caloundra for Ochre Health under a Design and Construct contract. The two-level facility, known as Bradfield House, was constructed on the corner of Kalinga Street and Ormuz Avenue and provides purpose-built accommodation for a large physiotherapy practice, a radiologist, and a range of allied health providers and specialist doctors.
The facility includes extensive treatment and procedure rooms capable of supporting skin work and minor surgical procedures, alongside consulting suites fitted out to a high clinical standard. Tomkins delivered both the base building and the full tenancy fit-out for the GP clinic and specialist rooms, providing Ochre Health with a single point of accountability across the entire project.
The completed facility has been recognised by Ochre Health as their flagship location, setting the benchmark for the health group’s future developments.
