Tomkins delivered the full office refurbishment and fitout for the Vita Group in Albion. The 4890sqm project spans over five levels of office space and included the re-alignment of the facade.

The commercial office building refurbishment included a new cafe, a refreshing lobby and tenant reception, new meeting rooms, and an open plan office space with internal glazing partitions. The new level 5 kitchen and staff lounge incorporates a highly detailed area with integrated floor finishes and built-in joinery fixtures. Vita group continued to operate within the building throughout the duration of works. Tomkins managed all stakeholder communication and decanting/moving activities to mitigate any disruption to the Vita Groups business. Tomkins maintained a good working relationship with Vita Group and kept them well informed of any impacts and noisy works. Where possible Tomkins aimed to undertake all disruptive works outside of office hours.
