Tomkins is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Design and Construct contract for the delivery of The Beachfront Buddina.

The Beachfront is a luxury apartment development comprising of 7 Penthouses, 6 Sub Penthouses, 22 Beach Apartments, 26 Apartments, 6 Beach Houses, 6 Garden Terraces, and a residents-only pool. Tomkins’ Sunshine Coast team is excited to bring this project to life!

Now that the tower crane is up, things are moving along with formwork for the level 1 suspended slab underway and our first level 1 concrete pours underway!
