St Margaret’s Anglican Girls School engaged with Tomkins to design and construct its new sports precinct, boasting a water polo sized heated swimming pool, new tennis courts, gymnasium, a strength and conditioning gym, and HPE classrooms.

The Tomkins team executed its delivery plan to perfection, prioritising the safety of the St Margaret’s students and staff by conducting high-risk works during times that would not impact them and scheduling the works to take place that minimised the disruption to the students regular day.

The result of this is a state of the art sporting facility delivered on time and meeting all of the needs for St Margaret’s.

Tomkins was proud to have been awarded a 2021 Master Builders Gold Coast Housing and Construction Awards in the Education Facilities over $10 million category for this project.
