Tomkins Commercial has completed the Design and Construct contract for the delivery of Clark Group’s, Seanna Residences at Bokarina Beach. The luxury beachside development will be the sixth Sunshine Coast project built by Tomkins, and we are pleased to be adding Seanna to our Sunshine Coast office portfolio.

Set on two hectares of beachfront parkland, Seanna Apartments is comprised of 63 apartments over eight levels, a landscaped pool podium, and retail and dining precincts on Bokarina Boulevard and Longboard Parade.

Given Seanna’s location and Tomkins’ commitment to sustainability, the team worked closely with a marine biologist during the design and development. Extensive consultation with marine turtle experts and community groups ensured multiple elements of the project including lighting, glazing, façade finishes, and end-user management did not have a negative impact on the local turtle nesting site.
