Tomkins Commercial has commenced construction on the highly anticipated $100M luxury oceanfront development, Rockpool Rainbow Bay. Located within walking distance to the white sand of Snapper Rocks’ world-class beaches, Rockpool will deliver a signature sub-tropical modernist architectural approach to beachfront apartment living.
