Delivered on time and within budget, the project saw Tomkins construct a boutique collection of 48 large apartments elevated across 12 storeys, on a 1,821m² site.

The 48 units offered a range of two, three, and four-bedroom configurations. There is a single level basement, two levels of above ground carparking, and resident facilities including café, fitness room, swimming pool and BBQ terrace.

The building also features five 320m², cantilevered two-storey penthouses with coastline views up to Noosa – the penthouses each have double height two-storey voids, butlers pantries and a master suite on each of the levels.

Tomkins Commercial’s Sunshine Coast project team collected the Master Builders Queensland Award in the Residential Building (high-rise over 3 storeys) over $20 million category.
