Tomkins recently finished the demolition, earthworks, construction and landscaping of 31 townhouses in Runcorn – ‘Persse Palace”.The team”s scope of work involved 2 bio-retention basins including associated swales, an internal loop roadway, external works and landscaping, and boundary remediation works.

The development has made allowance for the future road widening of Persse & Nemies Road and the Brisbane City Council road reserve makes allowance for a potential future townhouse development adjoining to the West of site. With our client wanting completion prior to Christmas 2015, our team worked hard to make this happen. Persse Palace adjoins existing townhouse development Lakefield Parks which Tomkins also constructed in late 2013.
