Tomkins is the design and construct contractor on the new 500sqm mattress showroom at Homeworld, Helensvale.

Homeworld”s newest showroom is a carpark retail infill building constructed using concrete tilt panel construction, structural steel and a colorbond roof. External works include coloured concrete footpaths and landscaping surrounding the new build. Careful planning and coordination with the client were essential with the new showroom requiring nightworks due to the project being in a fully operational shopping carpark in a tight 10-week construction program. Throughout construction, the safety of the public and workers is our highest priority and our detailed methodology avoids any disruption to the existing centre operations.
