Long-term client, Brisbane Airport Corporation engaged Tomkins to Design and Construct their warehouse for tenant, Menzies Aviation. Located at Brisbane Airport, the project features a 3,000sqm development, as well as a 2,500sqm warehouse with an attached 500sqm office. Additionally, the office houses 2 meeting rooms, a staff recreation room, 6 offices and an area for open plan working spaces.
