This project began as a construct only tender opportunity for us and we offered a design alternative to the client for a better outcome and speedier delivery.

With a terribly constrained site where an “0” boundary occurred on both sides and back, high voltage power lines overhead to the front and 3 lanes of 1-way high volume traffic past the front. However, with clever ingenuity and planning, we were able to construct this entire structure in record time. The end result of the building and its mark on the streetscape are unquestionable and a bold move by our client. The internal fitout was outside standard finishes and also required strict management to ensure the design intent was achieved. The success of this project is amplified with our recall by the client to construct additional office levels internally since their occupancy to meet their own expansion needs.
