As part of the Mater Health Services expansion program this project provided an opportunity to establish specific essential space to implement their plan. This Fitout project occurred within a Base Building shell in was required in an exceptionally tight time frame.

With our fit-out work being carried out simultaneously with the separate and peripheral building scope completion our project team was required to strictly coordinate the contract works to ensure our own continuity but moreover achieve the program objectives. Completed on time our scope was increased to include an upgrade of the base building power & data trunk supply to the tenancy areas to suit the Mater Technical Services brief. With a high-quality product delivered and Client satisfaction registered this project is deemed a success.
