Situated behind The Gabba Stadium on Linton Street, the highly congested site is a challenge that Tomkins is well-versed in. The 66-week build features apartments between 52sqm and 103sqm. Each apartment takes full advantage of its location with the building designed to enhance the sunlight in the cooler months and tame the heat in the warmer months. The apartments extenuate open plan living and include spacious bedrooms with the master including an ensuite.
