A family-owned and operated business, HARNEX (our Client), required new premises to expand the growing business.

We were engaged by the Client following a D&C Tender process wherein we presented a solution to suit their needs. Our design, approvals and eventual construction were all based upon the Client”s Principal Project Requirement document and an open collaborative process. With a 27 week completion period the team made use of extensively used practices to complete the 1,860m2 warehouse & 200m2 office base building construction whilst allowing a simultaneous fitout of the offices & administration areas by the Client. The completed building not only serves well the Harnex production requirements but also a quality asset for the family.
