Cullen Avenue Warehouse is a 3,140m2 warehouse with 590m2 connecting office and 2,700m2 of external hardstand located just off the Gateway Bridge entry at Eagle Farm.
The project included future provision for a gantry crane and is fully sprinklered, providing flexibility for any potential storage or manufacturing tenants. Cullen Avenue offered multiple features that can be classed as unique, including provisions allowing for solar arrays to be added the warehouse and gantry cranes providing flexibility for any potential storage or manufacturing tenants.
Internal slabs were comprised of a burnished concrete fibre to ensure a 6-tonne racking post load and 25kPa dead load. Attached to the warehouse is an eight-metre-wide super awning spanning over four roller shutters.
Another standout feature for the warehouse is the painting detail. The warehouse has a unique design making it standout when compared to the neighbouring properties. Specially welded stainless-steel downpipes bring the overall ‘clean’ look of the office together.
