Circa Three is a 120 apartment complex, consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments over nine levels. The apartments will range in size between 50sqm and 85sqm all with additional 10-15sqm balconies. Level 8 of Circa Three will include a sky lounge for entertaining and functions. The ground floor of the new build will include six retail tenancies. A secure basement will also provide car parking for each of the apartments.
