Our award of this Construct Only contract included significant repair and make good works to 9 separate sites across Brisbane. We showcase this project due to the valuable efforts we afforded to the Heritage Protection work we undertook at this site.

With our site scope of work covering activities to 12 different buildings to repair dry rot, termite damage, water damage, age deterioration, and general make good our team needed the guidance and advice of our internal Heritage Consultant to achieve the excellent outcome. Our Heritage experience came to the fore with the repair of the ‘bomb proof” bunker over the Boiler room when we were able to advise the Client and Heritage Architect of the as-built specification of the building which was essential to complete the repairs.
