Tomkins has provided Design and Construct services to deliver the state-of-the-art Bradfield House Healthcare Facility at Caloundra.

The project, which has been purposefully designed to cater to the Sunshine Coast’s growing population, officially commenced on 11 March 2020 with a sod-turning ceremony on site. Now complete, the development consists of five medical tenancies in a two-storey commercial building, a large carpark facility and landscaped areas. Tomkins also delivered the Fitout of the Level 1 clinic and shared common areas along with the base build.
