Australian Catholic University
Banyo, QLD
2013
This exciting new award-winning addition to the Australian Catholic University built environment was created to cater to the growing demand for teaching space for the Health Sciences Faculty.
Providing quality and state of the art teaching environments for specific health workers the new building established new consulting rooms for Neurological Medicine, Spinal Rehabilitation and Musculo-Skeletal Therapies and provides a ‘hand in glove” synergy from classroom to clinical technician.
Strict site coordination and management enabled successful mitigation of wet weather delays while achieving specific project milestones also constrained by the University curriculum timetables. Specifically detailed and complex services supply, upgrades and cross-over were required and had to follow the pre-arranged process to achieve the client”s Principal Project Requirements and ultimate satisfaction with the final product.
“We are pleased to present written confirmation in support of the quality working relationship we enjoy. The project team you appointed to our various projects at the Brisbane Campus have been most accommodating, easy to work with and very competent. The successful completion and delivery of the ACU Health Clinic, Brisbane has seen our seamless operational occupation into the facility just as we had planned. In addition, the solution focussed attitude of the company has become a reality as part of the numerous fit-out and refurbishment projects you have done for us this year. The planned new car park and multi-purpose sports centre is keenly anticipated and we are confident your expertise will again bring us comfort and confidence in your ability to deliver. We are looking forward to building upon this excellent foundation and to continued professional support from your company.”-Prof. Jim Nyland, Associate Vice-Chancellor (Brisbane), Australian Catholic University
