This exciting renewal project was carried out both within and outside of the structure at the Heritage listed façade of Building E at the Banyo Campus.

With a complex and detailed demolition scope to open up the floor plate, our new construction included for new built-in joinery items, new ceilings, and wall linings, detailed laser cut floor vinyl, external concrete reinforced ground slab w/- banded brick paving and custom made ‘MAKMAX” external shade structure. The completion period of 6 weeks was a huge challenge to the project team with the procurement constraints and a coordination sequence required and was achieved to allow the ACU to begin lectures at the beginning of the new 2013 year.
