Engaged by the Client to undertake a ‘turn key” solution we managed the full Development Application, Design Development and Construction delivery of the unique facility. Located within the North Lakes Industrial Precinct we worked with the Moreton Regional Council to achieve a timely and successful result.

Designed using orthodox pre-cast tilt panel methodology we were able to provide the large open spaces required internally. The facility complete with change rooms, cafe kiosk, parent viewing area, playground, Administration, large equipment room and 30 car park spaces the end result made maximum use of the allotment. Specific technicalities needed to be designed to solution being Green Star Design Code compliance, air quality and fresh air turnover, efficient & inexpensive heating of the pool water, H&S/Access into and around the pool and change facilities, high patron turnover, and general maintenance issues. Among the most pleasing of aspects to the project was the fast delivery timing, solutions focussed collaborative approach but moreover the satisfaction of the Client to begin operations soon after completion due to our rigorous commissioning phase.
