Mike is at the forefront of business, his technical skill and expertise cross over all aspects of building and development in an ‘end-to-end’ format, which enables him to provide specialist advisory services with clients.
Anna is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in Chartered Accountancy firms and more than 10 years in professional practice, covering roles from Accountant and Auditor to Business Advisory Manager. She joined Tomkins in 2016, as Chief Financial Officer, handling financial management, taxation, planning, financial strategy and funding arrangements. In 2021, Anna transitioned to Group Chief Financial Officer, continuing to shape the financial direction and strategy of the Tomkins Group.
Bringing over 20 years’ experience in human resources management, Nona ensures the efficient running of corporate services at Tomkins. In 2023, Nona received the NAWIC Award for Achievement as a Businesswoman, recognising her commitment to increasing female participation and advancing the diversity agenda in construction.
Ben is a relationship-focused leader who is passionate about empowering, mentoring and upskilling employees to achieve ultimate satisfaction. Ben works closely with the ELT to streamline operational procedures and identify areas for growth.
Our Executive Leadership Team is strongly supported by our Senior Management team — working in tandem with the project teams to deliver results for our clients. Due to our strong growth, the management team is constantly evolving and expanding to meet our needs.
