When we embarked on our ambitious plan to bring a quality medical center to the heart of Clayfield, we needed to ensure we had the right construction group to bring to life the bold vision of our architects.
The complexities of the site including preserving the heritage facade and unique requirements our radiology practice demanded were impeccably handled by Tomkins. Every build has its difficulties, and it was here that it became clear early on that we had partnered with the right group in Tomkins.

The professionalism and proactivity with which you and your team managed the design, the site and the communications with both us and our key stakeholders throughout the design and delivery phase was exceptional. As a result, the building and integrated fitout that has now been transitioned successfully to operational phase have been very well received by CBIC and our commercial tenants, and the library is and will continue to provide a great gathering place for north Brisbane community for many years to come.
Given the nature of our building developments occurring within an existing, large community of residents, staff and visitors the management and performance on site is of huge importance to us and in this regard Tomkins has performed extremely well. The site management personnel have led activities very effectively and responsively, in alignment with our own site management team. This has resulted in positive outcomes for our existing residents and staff with disruption absolutely minimised and, importantly, goodwill being maintained across the community.
