Early works have commenced at Park House on Crosby, a boutique collection of 56 luxury residences overlooking Crosby Park at Albion in Brisbane’s inner north. Tomkins began on site this month, marking the start of construction on the development by Arden Group, designedin by Cottee Parker Architects.
Park House on Crosby comprises a mix of three and four-bedroom apartments, courtyard pavilions, and penthouses, each planned around spacious layouts, natural materials, and uninterrupted park and city views that can never be built out. Residences feature book-matched natural stone benchtops, European Oak engineered timber flooring, a minimum of two car parks and ample dedicated private storage.
On completion, residents will enjoy a rooftop sanctuary with an infinity pool, spa, gym and landscaped entertaining areas, together with a ground level indoor-outdoor wellness retreat featuring traditional and infrared saunas and a cold plunge pool. Customisable ground-level private spaces for studios, creative workshops, or refined home offices complete the resident offer, all minutes from the Brisbane CBD.
Tomkins was engaged through Early Contractor Involvement, working alongside Arden Group and Cottee Parker Architects through design development before transitioning to a Design and Construct contract for delivery of the project.

With early works now underway at 56-60 Crosby Road, the project team will progress towards main construction, with further milestones to be shared as the build advances.
