Continuing Tomkins’ enduring record of successfully delivering tailored small to medium sized-industrial warehouses, we are proud to present Lot 118 and Lot 103 industrial warehouses, situated in the new Vantage Yatala Industrial Estate (Yatala Estate). Both warehouses were successfully delivered for our valued client Benstead Holdaway.

Located 38 kilometres from Brisbane’s CBD, once complete the Yatala Estate will feature 2.3ha of green open space, 5.5km of running and bike track, a network of outdoor exercise equipment, BBQs/ picnic tables/ basketball court, rainwater harvesting infrastructure and solar energy harvesting technology.
