Skye by Pikos represents a new era in luxury living in the prestigious inner-city peninsula of Kangaroo Point.

Certain to become one of Brisbane’s landmark developments, Skye by Pikos occupies a 2300 m² site above the Kangaroo Point cliffs. Comprising three towers, the development will feature 69 luxury residences, a sky deck and infinity pool. Tomkins is proud to have been awarded the design and construct contract for Skye by Pikos and we are over a year into the construction program.

The team continues to reach substantial milestones with two cranes now on site.  After more than 12 months of excavation to create four basement levels and remove approximately 24,000 m3 of rock, we will see the highly anticipated first residential levels take shape over the coming months. With extraordinary views overlooking the Brisbane River, Botanical Gardens and the iconic city skyline, Tomkins are excited to be bringing this project to life!

Skye by Pikos remains on track to be completed in mid-2025.
