Tomkins was engaged to complete Design & Construction for a state-of-the-art facility at Bundamba.

Located on a 28,000m² site, the project consisted of a 10,000m² warehouse, a 700m² office and amenity area, and heavy duty paving on 10,000m².

Spanning 36 weeks, the build included many specialised features — To ensure safe storage of products, the warehouse was insulated with PIR panels and conformed with strict temperature control requirements.
