Tomkins have completed the construction of Whittaker Industrial offices based in Morningside’s new industrial subdivision off Lytton Road.

The allocated lots are on the corner of Colmslie Road, providing close proximity to the Queensland Bulk Terminals on the Brisbane River. The Whittaker Industrial project is one of the first completed warehouse complexes in the new industrial park, and consists of two concrete tilt panel buildings each 1,500m2 in size – with an external concrete carpark and landscape areas. All up, the site area is approximately 5,600sqm.

Each of the buildings contains three tenancies, complete with reception area, toilet and shower facilities and 1st-floor mezzanine office space. Four of the tenancies have external balcony areas, allowing natural light to filter into the office space.
