Harper on Hamilton is a boutique residential complex in central Chermside offering 52 contemporary 1 & 2 bedroom apartments over 9 storeys.

This development features landscaped gardens, resident”s communal space, secure building with intercom, basement car parking, bike storage, and ground-floor retail. Tomkins delivered Harper on Hamilton to the client 10 weeks ahead of an already tight construction program. Additionally, the apartments were handed over with an incredibly low defect count ensuring our client was happy and the expectations of the occupants were met. Key challenges included working off a very busy road in a congested location, and developing bespoke design and construction solutions to resolve the presence of an underground watercourse traversing the site. Underpinning the success of the project was the commitment of the Tomkins team to work closely with the client, consultants and stakeholder at every stage of the project.
