We were contracted by the Client to undertake a scope of base building work in this existing and operational centre. Due to the nature of changing Tenants needs and location, a Remix program was designed by the Client.

The project scope included base building changes and modifications to 6 existing stores wherein new services were required. This included work for design, approvals & installation of a new grease trap for a Brumby”s Store, Power Circuit upgrades from MSB to 6 separate Distribution boards, construction of a new ATM Strong Room enclosure and the obligatory new party walls and ceilings. In addition we were asked to Project Manage another fitout for a Liquor Land outlet as a separate contract but occurring simultaneously.
