Positioned on the corner of Gahnia Street and Toona Lane and adjacent to the International Airport Terminal, Airside Security boundary and under the strict control of the BAC Airport Building Control it is safe to say the project attracted considerable attention.

And our project team was well up to the task having successfully delivered other projects for the BAC we understand their Principal Project Requirements and what is needed to achieve an optimum outcome. With a Contract Completion of 21 weeks delivery, our Program Critical Path was affected by any delay due to wet weather and our approach to mitigating those delays became a key factor. With the project scope including installation of “Anti-Terrorist” vehicle barriers, 130m2 Admin/Security building, 8 bay Vehicle Security Check Point, Airside Security perimeter cross-over, Asphalt paving, concrete kerbing and considerable Landscape and Environmental upgrades.
