  • If you receive a ‘File Type Invalid’ error, this could be the result of a full stop or space somewhere within the file name e.g. First.lastname.pdf or First Lastname.pdf. Please rename the file without the full stop or space and try uploading again e.g. firstlastname.pdf. TIFF files are also not accepted, please amend to another file type e.g. jpeg or pdf.
  • You must monitor your emails following the registration in the event your uploads are rejected (e.g. unreadable, expired or insufficient).
  • Step 2. Company Registration

If you are a company representative or a consultant, you are required to register your company details here.

This only needs to be completed once for each organisation.

Once registered, you must provide the above information (Step 1) to ALL employees which will be undertaking works on a Tomkins site. If your company has engaged subcontractors/labour hire personnel, it is your responsibility to notify their company representatives that they must also complete this registration process.

Your company will be required to upload evidence of your certificates of currency, list of employees as well as download, read and upload a signed copy of the Tomkins Contractors HSE Requirements, so please ensure these are available to upload.
