N62 Business Centre Stage One is a Design and Construct Industrial Work Store Unit development on a 2565sqm site comprising of 16 units ranging from 60sqm to 120sqm and included all civil and site services reticulation work.

On behalf of our client Tomkins incorporated future proofing features into the designed that met the immediate needs of current tenants, but also provides flexibility for future tenant requirements. Provisions built into the concrete tilt up units included structural and services features that permit the addition for future mezzanines and amenities to suit future end users requirements. Done at this upfront stage greatly reduced capital expense and saves costly refit work in the future.

Tomkins completed the build on the 14-week programme, and the project was delivered within the client’s budget. The team at Tomkins look forward to future work from our strong relationship with our client.
