This site occupies land adjacent to the busy thoroughfare through Sunnybank and included a variety of project scope.

With a considerable cut and fill operation to create the new basement level parking, excavation retention system to 1 boundary due to proximity of the new building to the existing residential structure, creation of 3 new residential lots on the back portion of the site, being balance land, including easement access and high quality offices above the car park level complete with elevator services. Our work carried out into the road proper where new traffic islands and turn lanes had to be created as part of traffic easement and conditional in the client’s DA.

The completion in September 2013 was a very hard task due to the very high rainfall and subsequent delays.
