Our full suite of skills were utilised throughout this project wherein we ‘partnered’ with the Client to complete the required design development, documentation and associated Approvals.
The 48 week contract duration included this phase and also the construction of the 24 x 2 bedroom units over 3 levels above ground level parking. The approved design allowed for an internal atrium style void onto connective open corridors providing flow through ventilation into every unit.

Our project team worked diligently through wet weather delays and strict disciplined site coordination to achieve an extraordinary result in completing the project 8 weeks prior to the anticipated milestone to a very satisfied Client.
