Tomkins has completed the construction of a three storey apartment building in Wynnum that features 10 two and three bedroom units and a ground-floor car park, well elevated, to capture the refreshing bay side breezes.

Our team managed to complete this project three-and-a-half weeks ahead of the 30 week programme.

Our scope of work also involved the demolition and removal of an existing house which contained asbestos, civil works including bulk earthworks and in-ground stormwater drainage, and landscaping.
