Our Client has taken the full opportunity of modifying their site which had previously been a Timber Saw Mill for the region. Our construction of the approved 56 Apartments in a 5 level structure w/- covered ground level parking was delivered in 46 weeks.
And the project team had a task to do just that due to significant rain delays, substructure redesigns and the nuances of working in the region.

The delivery of a contemporary design was achieved using reinforced suspended concrete slabs and column structures with lightweight infill construction to close out the building envelope.
With a quality internal and external fitments the project establishes a clear benchmark for others to follow and provide an excellent place to live.
