Located along the Redcliffe waterfront, Tomkins was engaged to deliver the design and construction of 16 high end apartments.

The 8-storey development includes sprawls over 8 storeys with each apartment featuring 3 large bedrooms, large balconies, and open plan living. Drawing on the welcoming warmth of nature, the residential tower features wood panelling, stone feature walls, generous windows framing spectacular views and open entertainment spaces.

Quality assurance processes were utilised throughout the build to manage the outcome and quality of the luxury finishes. Tomkins worked closely with the client and the purchasers to accommodate the many purchaser variations and the high-quality finishes. The project was delivered on time and within budget.
