The Opportunity
With the recent award of high-profile projects in Brisbane and Gold Coast regions, we are seeking experienced and motivated Structures Foreman with a strong work ethic to join our energetic, collaborative and fast-growing team.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will deliver a range of commercial, industrial, retail and multi-residential apartment projects ranging from $10M - $80M in value.

Responsibilities Include:

• Involvement and co-ordination of preliminary program in conjunction with the Site Manager
• Site Supervision and coordination of trades and external stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risks prior to works commencing
• Maintaining overall quality assurance whilst ensuring building compliance
• Contributing to development of work methods, rolling short term construction programs and planning of daily/weekly production work
• Maintain and monitor all environmental site-specific issues
• Ensuring the project is delivered on program and to the highest standard
• Building strong stakeholder management through positive, proactive and professional communication to keep key personnel informed
• Providing leadership in health, safety and environment management

About You:

• Ideally hold Cert III in Carpentry and/or Cert IV Building qualifications
• Have a proven track record working on high rise residential/commercial projects in excess of $10M
• Reading and understanding plans, drawings and providing constructive review for final designs
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and subcontractors
• Must be self-motivated, demonstrating exemplary leadership and multi-tasking skills
