The Opportunity
With the recent award of high-profile projects and a growing project pipeline across Brisbane, Gold & Sunshine Coast regions, we are seeking experienced and motivated Site Managers with a strong work ethic to join our energetic, collaborative and fast-growing team.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will deliver and oversee a range of commercial, industrial, retail and multi-residential apartment projects ranging from $10M - $80M in value.

Responsibilities Include:

• Day-to-day management and coordinating all subcontractors and trades
• Coordination of suppliers and materials
• Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme, meets completion deadline and budget
• Key stakeholder management
• Health & Safety
• Preparation of reports & administration

About You:
• Minimum of 5 years’ as a Site Manager in the construction / building industry
• Experience with varying construction types and construction methodologies
• Confidence in ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers to achieve project outcomes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding and adherence to project budgets
• Monitor workmanship and identify and manage defects and rectification
• Implement and monitor project specific Occupational Health and Safety including, SWMS, Quality Management Plans, and Environmental Management Plans
• Experience in the management of Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Environmental project requirements
