The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a strong work ethic to join our energetic, collaborative and fast growing team.

You will deliver a range of commercial, industrial, institutional and multi-residential apartment projects ranging in value from $5M - $50M.

Your duties will include:

  • Delivery of projects within time and budget constraints

  • Ensure compliance with Building Approval and Development Approval conditions

  • Develop budget schedules with the Contracts Administrator and monitor during the construction process

  • Ensure final deliverables meet the quality expectations of the stakeholder

  • High level of leadership and communication skills

  • Management of client issues

  • Management of statutory approval processes

  • Management of design and construction processes

  • Understand and manage the head contract and subcontract administration

About You
You will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Commercial Construction Industry managing all facets of project delivery

  • Knowledge of design and construction contracts

  • High level client management liaison skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills (both written and verbal)

  • Proven problem solving skills

  • Head contract and subcontract management

  • Proven experience in managing teams, design management, construction programming and risk management

  • Extensive understanding and experience in project cost control and management

  • Excellent computer skills with Suretrak Programming, Project Centre and CHEOPS an advantage

  • Management of Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and Environmental project requirements to experience in certified AS/NZ 9001:2008 Quality Management systems, AS/N25 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems and AS/NZs 4801:2001 Safety Management Systems
