The Opportunity
With the recent award of high-profile projects and a growing project pipeline across Brisbane, Gold & Sunshine Coast regions, we are seeking experienced and motivated CW Labourers & Leading Hands with a strong work ethic to join our energetic, collaborative and fast-growing project teams.
Reporting to the Site Foreman, you will deliver and oversee a range of commercial, industrial, retail and multi-residential apartment projects ranging from $10M - $80M in value.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting the Site Manager in the construction of all projects
• Managing and organising trades, materials and other labourers
• Liaising and building relationships with Clients, Architects, and the construction team
• Following company OH&S guidelines
• Meeting with Project Managers and CA's to ensure timely delivery of project stages
• Time schedules and managing project quality and time-lines

About You:
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a similar role in a residential / commercial building environment
• Cert III in Carpentry / Cert IV in Building & Construction
• Commitment to quality and demonstration of pride in your work
• Organised, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and prioritising skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a close-knit team
• Able to produce detailed lists for sites to co-ordinate works
• Understand and manage sequencing of works
