Tomkins wins twice at Brisbane Master Builders Awards
The Tomkins team has walked away with two wins on Friday night at the Brisbane Master Builders Housing & Construction Awards.
Project complete – Red Rooster Retail Centre
Tomkins recently completed the construction of a new retail centre in Albany Creek including a new Red Rooster Restaurant and Drive-Thru and two additional adjoining food service tenancies.
Qscan announce anchor tenancy at College Junction
College Junction Clayfield is the new multimillion-dollar health and commercial development precinct located on the corner of Wagner and Sandgate Road, Clayfield. Qscan Radiology Clinics, Queensland’s largest radiologist owned and operated medical imaging provider, has announced their anchor tenancy at this state-of-the-art health precinct.
Project complete – ACU Student Led Clinic
The Australian Catholic University Student Led Clinic is an extension to the existing award-winning Health Clinic built by Tomkins in 2012.
Project complete – QUT Lift and Amenities Upgrade
Tomkins has recently completed a Special Projects job at Queensland University of Technology’s Gardens Point campus.
Project complete – Moreton Bay Boys College Science Extension
Tomkins has completed construction on a three-storey Science Block extension and refurbishment of existing classrooms for Moreton Bay Boys College in Manly West.
Project complete – St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School
Tomkins has completed works for St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School in Kangaroo Point, providing the school with bigger learning and play spaces, giving the school the ability to take in more students.
Project complete – Persse Palace, Runcorn
Tomkins recently finished the demolition, earthworks, construction and landscaping of 31 townhouses in Runcorn – ‘Persse Palace’.

Tomkins recently completed the works for the new Simonds Homes Qld Head Office, transforming a dilapidated warehouse into modern state-of-the-art offices on the Pacific Highway in Loganholme.
